We made a mini-vacation out of our fun weekend. Today on our way back from El Paso we stopped at Carlsbad Caverns and walked through the caves. It was awesome..... we all loved it!

Brooks was so good and followed the rules and held on to the side rails at all times.....
He made sure we all did too :)
Inside the cave.... It was awesome! We walked over 800 feet down to the bottom of the cave. We learned all about how the cave was formed, the animals that live inside, stalagmites, stalactites, cavern pools, and "popcorn." Brooks was fascinated!
What a great day!! We had so much fun and can't wait to go back in the spring to see the bats!!
