We learned about cotton and cotton products. Did you know cotton is in dollar bills and coffee filters? There is a small bag of cotton from Brooks' grandpa in your child's backpack. See if you can find a seed.
They played Texas bingo with Texas symbols.
They tasted chili frito pie.
They made Texas bracelets. Every bead stood for something different.
Lastly, they went through different stations outside playing different games: lassoing cows, stick horse races, cow, cow, bull (like duck, duck goose).
