Work??

On our way to Missy's the other morning Brooks asked me, "How come all these people are on our road?"

Me: "They are going to work."

Brooks: "What is work?"

Me: "Mommy, Cait Cait, and Boo are teachers. Daddy and Linc are coaches and Pawpaw is a farmer."

Brooks: "What do I work?"

Me: "You do not have to work... You are a little boy and get to play and go to school."

Brooks: "Nuh - uh.... I am a farm boy! I work on the farm like Pawpaw."
